1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

    • Digital products or downloadable files.

    • Personalized or custom-made products.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

    1. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange for pickup if applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund:

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

    • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after approval. 

    • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchange Policy

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time:

9. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item or approving the refund request. and after 7-10 days payment will be credit in  customer’s account.
